Carter Concrete Structures has partnered with Tim Haahs Engineers/Architects who will provide design services for this project. Tim Haahs maintains a national practice and is widely experienced in parking structures.

The design-build project includes a two level vertical addition of 400 spaces to be erected above an existing parking deck.  Improvements include a new elevator shaft and elevators as well as restoration and code upgrades of the existing structure.
